Simply About Now.

When I fall out of my meditation practice, I often feel like I've failed - and i know Im not alone in that. Many of us feel we're falling short: with emails, health, goals, or staying connected with our loved ones. This sense of failure builds up. It quietly wears us down, like rust - eroding joy, energy, and self confidence. But in the midst of what`s undone, it helps to notice what we are doing well.

Right now, I`m teaching yoga. I'm loving living in SP. I`m appreciating life.

And yes, there are things left undone - there always will be.

What I have lost in life also made me what I am today by guiding me into this path.

 â€‹â€‹

And today, I love share what these paths—Zen and Yoga—have offered me: space, presence, self inquiry, and connection to others. I teach not to instruct, but to walk alongside those seeking the same: tools to reconnect with what is already within or perhaps what is already lost.

Life is a meditative journey through the inner soul - one tree, one song at a time.

A quiet ode to routine, beauty, and the poetry of everyday life.
